On 23rd February Terrorism Investigation Department (TID) sent a summon notice to thechairperson of the International Broadcasting Corporation for Tamil (IBC), Baskaran Kandiah,
ordering him to provide a statement to the TID’s Kilinochchi office on 24th February regarding
an investigation conducted by the anti-terrorism unit.Details of the investigation are not
mentioned.
