The president of Right to life of Organisation (Tamil Thesiya Valvurimailyakkam) V S Sivakaran residing in Mannar, was summoned to Terrorism Investigation Division’s Head office in Colombo. Terrorism Investigation Department has infromed him to appear on 18th february 2022 at 9.00am Colombo Office. V S Sivakaran was the former head of Illankai Tamil Arasukachchi youth wing and he is a well known political activist in Mannar district. On 18th February, he was interrogated for around 5 hours, and “they had files on me compiled by CID, army, navy & air force intelligence” he has stated.
