Description

A monk was sentenced to six months rigorous imprisonment for criminally intimidating Sandya Eknaligoda,the wife of a disappeared journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda. After this incident she has been received continuous death threats and abuses through social media. She complained to CID (Criminal Investigation Department). As they have harassed through social media,she had planned to complain Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka. She won national and international acclaim for her struggles to get justice for Prageeths disappearance.
