TID (Terrorism Investigation Division) summoned the chairman of the karaichchi pradeshiya sabha(Local government council),Kilinochchi district on 29th of August later it was postponed to 1st of September. But it has not given any reason for the calling. In 2013 TID has detained him.News Source Link
